Application Process

• All applications are worked in which the order they are received.
• Once an application has been approved, the next step is to provide income verification. You will need to submit income verification for the past 2 to 3 months. Once this is requested, you will have 24 hours to submit these documents.
• After income verification has been submitted and received, a lease must be signed within 24 hours for the desired property. Upon execution of the lease, payment must be submitted prior to the end of the day. 
• Security Deposits and Rent will only be accepted through the online portal. No other forms of payments will be accepted.
• Online payments are made free when using your banking information (checking and routing information). A 2.95% fee is applied to any debit or credit card used.

Without doing these things in the proper order or timely manner, we are unfortunately unable to hold any house, no matter the circumstance.
