Rental Requirements

Rental Requirements:

• Credit Score must be a minimum of 600 (our company pulls thru TransUnion)
• Income must be three (3) times the amount of monthly rent.
• Applicant must provide proof of any income that is listed on the application.
• Co-signers allowed with eligible income
• Must have a valid Driver's License 
• Applicant can NOT have any prior evictions.
• Applicant can NOT have any felonies. 
• NO SECTION 8 VOUCHERS
